The National Leasing Specialist is part of the Sales and Leasing Department and will be responsible for leasing and marketing at various Peak Campus communities. This position is responsible for all activities related to selling and customer service, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with Peak’s policies and procedures. Leasing Specialists are focused sales and marketing; handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing “ready" apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for weeks at a time to various communities across the country.
