    Great part-time opportunity with a growing organization! Peak Campus, a nationwide student housing management company, is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a part-time Receptionist. You will have the opportunity to participate in a productive and people-first organization, while working wtih real estate development and management executives. This is a great opportunity to learn how the business works, while helping set the tone of the office and provide general administrative support to our corporate team. 


    This position offers a flexible schedule. We are looking for someone to ideally work 3 mornings and 2 afternoons Monday – Friday (approx. 20-25 hrs/week). 


    Front Desk:

    • Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate team
    • Answers telephone, directs and screens calls, takes and relays messages
    • Interacts with customers via e-mail and phone; assist with Customer Care line
    • Sorts and distributes mail
    • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services


    Corporate Administrative & Office Management Support:

    • Provides administrative support for corporate departments as requested
    • Organizes & cleans up common area and re-stocks supplies
    • Monitors the use of equipment and supplies within the office; order supplies
    • Coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment
    • Schedules appointments and organizes conference rooms for meetings
    • Codes various invoices


    Education and Other Requirements 

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, challenging environment
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Attention to detail
    • Requires the ability to navigate data entry system or other relevant applications


    Physical Requirements:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery (i.e., a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer)
    • The person in this position frequently communicates with students who have inquiries about their rent or leasing agreement.  Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
