Performs a full scope of activities associated with the recruitment and employment of new associates. Delivers a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to hiring managers by being active on social media, industry, and job search outlets, networking within the industry and in Atlanta, and direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business goals. The Talent Associate will manage the targeted selection process to ensure a rigorous interview process and placement of qualified and motivated candidates. Other responsibilities include ensuring that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures, and support hiring managers by understanding business context and needs, providing feedback, and implementing talent solutions and reporting to meet business goals.
