  • Overview

    Performs a full scope of activities associated with the recruitment and employment of new associates. Delivers a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to hiring managers by being active on social media, industry, and job search outlets, networking within the industry and in Atlanta, and direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business goals.  The Talent Associate will manage the targeted selection process to ensure a rigorous interview process and placement of qualified and motivated candidates. Other responsibilities include ensuring that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures, and support hiring managers by understanding business context and needs, providing feedback, and implementing talent solutions and reporting to meet business goals.


    • Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open corporate positions and property manager positions as needed
    • Leverage online recruiting resources, social media outlets, and in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify qualified candidates
    • Design, develop, and implement local sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates that reflect the local community demographics and build a long term community of prospective candidates
    • Work with managers to present the best qualified candidates that meet job requirements.
    • Manage all aspects of the interview process - candidate interview, candidate communication, travel coordination, expense reimbursement, interview packet preparation
    • Develop and manage job postings for Linkedin, Careerbuilder, etc.
    • Assist with iCims administration in partnership with other human resources team members – requisition maintenance, job postings, candidate record creation, disposition of candidates, maintenance of triggered form letters and communications, assist with general recruitment inquiries
    • Assist in metric reports and analytics (ad hoc and scheduled)
    • Maintain shared drive – interview guides, company presentation materials, recruitment event schedule, etc.
    • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruiting activities including the Employee Referral Bonus program.
    • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges and universities as a source to generate qualified applicants.


    This position is required to be based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.  

    • Must have at least 3 years of corporate full-cycle recruitment or agency recruitment experience
    • Must be sales oriented and experienced in a high volume cold calling environment
    • Proven skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal and written communications
    • Advanced level skills with social media
    • Ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate
    • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, iCims preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity
    • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations
    • Ability to work independently, but a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Strong skills in candidate pipeline generation
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
